NO CHARGE for residential homes under 500 square feet.


Residential:

$4.61 /sq. ft.      Fallbrook Elem. - $3.45    FUHSD - $1.16
$3.69/sq. ft.    Vallecitos Elem. - $2.53FUHSD - $1.16

                                                                                 

Other:

NO CHARGE (horse barns, ag barns, etc.) – Just sign off, no copy


Industrial/Commercial:

$0.75/sq. ft.    
 Fallbrook Elem. - $0.56      FUHSD - $0.19
 $0.60/sq. ft.
  Vallecitos Elem. - $0.41  FUHSD - $0.19

                                    

                                                 

Your County of San Diego, Planning & Development Services Required Agency Clearances form will be signed at the time that fees are paid.

 

Make checks payable to FUHSD. No credit cards accepted.
