NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 23, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., the Board of Trustees of the Fallbrook Union High School District will conduct a public hearing regarding the bargaining proposals of the Fallbrook Union High School District (FUHSD) and the Fallbrook High School Teachers Association (FHSTA). The proposals are available, upon request, in the Human Resources Department, Fallbrook Union High School District, 2234 S. Stage Coach Lane, Fallbrook, CA.

Notice is further given that following the Public Hearing, within the scope of the action of the Board at the March 23, 2020 Regular Meeting, the Board of Trustees of the Fallbrook Union High School District will vote to adopt or to decline to adopt the collective bargaining proposals.

All interested persons will be heard by the Board of Trustees of the Fallbrook Union High School District. Participation by parents, teachers, members of the community interested in the affairs of the school district, and bargaining unit leaders is encouraged.

Interested persons may attend and submit oral or written statements at the Public Hearing. Seven (7) copies of all written materials must be submitted to the Secretary of the Board. Individuals who wish to submit written comments for review prior to the hearing must first submit such comments to the Clerk of the Board, 2234 South Stage Coach Lane, Fallbrook, California, 92028 prior to 4:00 p.m. March 20, 2020
